Located near a popular shopping center, this well, maintained 9, floor hotel offers exceptional service and comfort. A variety of delicious breakfast options are available on the 8th floor, and Wi, Fi connection is strong. Spacious bedrooms have large, comfortable beds. the hotel arranged for a safe and affordable taxi service.
One staff member had difficulty communicating in English with guests.

The staff were courteous and very helpful with all our enquiries. The breakfast specially made for us every morning as vegans was a fantastic touch. The location is central and convenient, away from the tourist district. highly recommended!

This hotel is a great value for the price! The rooms have a nice simple design with all the basic amenities you need. Plus, the location is perfect, close to the Lotte shopping center and just a short drive from the Old Quarter.

We loved the hotel's central location close to Lotte shopping center and transportation. The staff were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area. The rooms were always clean and spacious, and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options.

The hotel had good wifi and a nice breakfast selection. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
The staff's English skills could also use some improvement. it wasn't the best experience but it was decent for the price.

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, situado en pleno centro de la ciudad y tan cerca de todo. Además, hay una parada de taxi y autobús muy cerca para moverse por la ciudad fácilmente. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien decorado, y la cama era muy cómoda. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda mi estancia.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was ideal, close to the Lotte shopping center, which was perfect for some retail therapy. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always with a smile on their faces. Lastly, the rooms had a nice simple design with a fake window, giving them a cozy and welcoming feel. the hotel provided great value for money and had all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that I believed could be improved.
